Pacific Tax and Consulting Group LLC (PTCG) provides comprehensive tax and financial services to individual and business clients, including auditing, entity formation, payroll tax, sales tax, annual tax filing, accounting outsourcing and assurance service to business entities for loan and other requirements. Our staff analyzes clients’ tax returns and provides suggestions on how to maximize deductions and benefits in order to minimize tax liabilities. We also evaluate clients’ tax and asset positions in attempt to diversify risks. The motto of our firm is - Ethically High Standard. Tax Filing: We provides individual tax filing for different scenarios, including multiple states filing, different visa status, and various filing status. We will analyze your specific situation and deliver the most suitable solutions to minimize your tax. Our tax experts will offer the most up-to-date tax codes to ensure the accuracy of tax filing.
Financial Planning: We also offer comprehensive financial planning to our clients. For example, many of retirees depend heavily on social security benefits since they might not maximize the 401(k) or individual retirement account (IRA) in earlier years. Our experts can set up the objective with the clients and suggest a plan to reach their goals. If needed, our firm also provides multiple options of insurance, retirements, college funds, and brokerage accounts.
Accounting Outsourcing: We provides accounting outsourcing services to various types of clients. Our service includes: accounts payable/receivable, general ledger accounting, account reconciliation, monthly/quarterly and year-end closings, payroll tax and sales tax return preparation, and implementation of new accounting software packages.

Founder of PTCG - Jierong (Julia) Cheng, CPA
The founder of Pacific Tax and Consulting Group LLC, Jierong (Julia) Cheng, is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese. She works for PwC after graduating from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in Accounting. She later pursues her interest in accounting research through PhD program in Accounting at Rutgers University.
Jierong Cheng is a faculty member in City University of New York from 2010 to 2019.
Yiyun (Teddy) Jiang
Yiyun Jiang is the supervisor of Pacific Tax and Consulting Group LLC. Before this role, Yiyun was a junior associate of a real estate development group, where he handled the accounting activity of three properties. Yiyun holds a master’s degree in accounting from Pace University. He is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Shanghainese.
